Net-Consultants, Inc. is a search firm established in 1996 that recruits candidates for direct placement opportunities in many different industries including Technology, Government, Healthcare, Financial and Manufacturing. We have staffing agreements with over 100 corporations; many from the Fortune 500.
We accept referrals for most of the jobs listed at http://nc-inc.com and actively work with 3rd party staffing firms and independent recruiters to fill these positions.
If you would like to submit a candidate for one of our posted openings do the following:
á Review closely the job description, company name, salary range and mandatory candidate experience.
á Verify candidate is a perfect fit based on the job description. Do not refer someone who does not meet ALL the requirements.
á Contact the candidate and confirm verbally or via email they are qualified for the job, interested in formally applying and have not previously applied directly to the end client or indirectly through another recruiter. If they have applied in the last 12 months to the client we do not want the referral, as we are not compensated if they are hired and we will not be able to compensate you either.
á The client name is usually listed on the application form shown after you click on the ŇApply for this positionÓ button associated with each job. The question is usually in the format ŇHave you previously applied directly to ÉÓ
á Confirm candidate accepts the listed salary range. If the salary range is not listed email us at: jobs@nc-inc.com and we will provide it.
á Only after you have confirmed the candidate is a perfect fit, they are interested and accept the salary range and are aware you are providing a referral to Net-Consultants then email their short bio without identifying info to jobs@nc-inc.com. One of our recruiters will contact you within 24 hours to request their full resume with contact information if they wish to proceed with an interview.
á Do not email any bios of candidates you have not reviewed the position with.
á We then contact the candidate directly and initiate the interview process. At this point your role is complete.
á If your referral is hired by our client we will split the placement fee and mail you a check after 90 days of employment. (if they remain employed for all 90 days).
á If you are an individual; annually we mail you a 1099 form that is also reported to the IRS.

After your first referral is selected for an interview we each sign
a short agreement that formalizes the terms in writing.

recruiters and agencies that specialize in niches including Physicians, Nurse

Yes, over 99% of the jobs posted we are recruiting directly for the
end client for which we have a signed staffing agreement. We submit the resume
directly to the end clientŐs hiring manager or recruiting contact.
Most of the jobs are Full-Time positions with benefits. If itŐs a
contract we clearly list that in the job description.
They have trouble finding the perfect candidate on their own, Net-Consultants has
a long-term track record (in business since 1996) and our fees are reasonable.

Yes, we only publish a portion of our client openings. Others we fill using internal recruiters or we already have qualified candidates in mind and donŐt want to advertise the position.

Nursing and Physician openings are always in demand.
These are contingency searches and the client usually has their own in-house staff of recruiters and also use other search firms. However, we only post jobs where the client has trouble filling the position and are willing to pay us a fee to locate a candidate.
